Parini

Parini born 06.08.24 Male.

I was driving with Yvonne and on the median of a 4-lane main road. Yvonne saw little Parini crouching on the curb. We turned around and stopped. When Yvonne got out, he hid under the car. I didn’t have a box in the car but I always had these helpful shopping bags made of fabric. Yvonne kept an eye on the little one until I was ready. He was hiding in the wheel well, between the shock absorbers. Yvonne held the bag open and I courageously grabbed him from behind. He screamed and fought like a big man, but suddenly he was in his pockets and Yvonne closed them, there was no escape.

We drove to the Bluemoon Clinic and handed the wild tiger over to the vets, we asked them to take photos. He escaped and was, as you can understand, stressed, and so were my vets. Now the tomboy is upstairs with me and still spits and hisses when someone approaches. He’s slowly calming down. It will be a long time before Parini lets herself be touched without fear. But with a lot of patience he too becomes a cuddler.
